Your Shit's IMPORTANT to you & your users. So it's important to us.

J+E is an experience and content agency that get's important shit done for clients large and small.

And we do it with empathy. Not just because we should be nice to people but because knowing how our users feel and knowing what they need makes us better designers. And because knowing what's important to our clients makes us better partners.

If you're looking for a partner who will tell it like it is and hold your project as close to their heart as you do, give us a try. We won't bullshit you or push off-the-shelf solutions your way just because they're easier or to make a margin. We'll work with you and your users to figure out what you need and how to make that happen. And we'll all have fun doing it.

Design thinking

We don't think the iterative design process needs any additional adjectives. Experience, graphic, service, broadcast—our user-centered and research-driven approach is channel agnostic when it comes to identifying, refining, and delivering creative solutions.

Media & content

We're passionate about storytelling—on paper, on film, in pixels, and in person—and about the media strategy that shapes content for your users. From copywriting to editing, production to direction, we love getting our hands dirty bringing your stories to life.

Design unicorns

Let our talented, veteran design unicorns join your squad for a short workshop, some hands-on coaching, a half-day team activity, or a week-long design sprint. We'll use design-thinking to get something researched, designed, and tested—fast. And teach you how to do it.

The best damn pies

The best relationships between clients and designers are just like the best relationships between friends: based on mutual respect, good times, and good food. Seriously—our delicious handmade pies are the best. And they're just for clients.

Just ask some the awesome clients and partners who work with J+E...

Post-Office coworking

Getting shit done in a post-office world

The team at Block and Tackle have launched their fair share of big projects over the years and are no strangers to process. With Post-Office, their soon-to-launch roving pop-up coworking space concept, they wanted to build it as intelligently as possible. So, they did what they tell their own clients to do all the time: They called in the experts at J+E.

Getting to start from scratch with a new consumer product is just about every designer's dream. And with our one-week Unicorn Rescue program, we got started tackling business analysis and research all the way to user flows and design.

Find love.
Out proud.

J+E was challenged to design a dating app that specifically tackled the non-binary LGBTQ community. The solution was initially intended to be a web-based experience that distanced itself from more superficial competitors. But user tests suggested a different solution.

Open Hand Atlanta + Marta

#FoodPorn for a cause

This past summer, Marta launched pop-up farm stands at four Atlanta transit stations to serve communities with limited access to food. And to serve them better by doubling the value of their SNAP accounts toward fresh produce. But how do you et the word out?

1000 Faces

A new way for refugees to connect with their new homes

J+E Creative recently took a team of designers, product managers, and developers to compete in a 48-hour refugee hack in Atlanta. The challenge: use technology to help refugees assimilate and acclimate to their new homes in the US and elsewhere.

The proof is in the testimonials, yo
